John Berkman, Ph.D.

John Berkman is assistant professor of moral theology in the department of theology at the Catholic University of America. In 2001-2002 he was a Visiting Scholar at the Duke Institute on Care at the End of Life and a visiting assistant professor at Duke University Divinity School. He has published numerous articles in the areas of bioethics and moral theology and is a co-editor of The Hauerwas Reader (Durham, NC: Duke University Press, 2001).
